A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO RSA TECHINCAL
SUPPORT SERVICES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,500..00,, FOR
THE DESIGN OF THE FY 1999-2000 CDBG STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER OS-5216, FISCAL
YEAR 1999-2000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the CDBG Street Improvement Project, Project Number OS-5216 is
listed in the FY 1999-2000, budget; and
WHEREAS, RSA Technical Support Services, Inc. was selected as one of four
firms to provide professional services for street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $46,500.00, was negotiated with RSA Technical
Support Services, Inc. for the design of the CDBG FY 1999-2000 Street Improvement Project,
Mariposa, Virginia, Agnes, Cedar, Gertrude, Cortland, Louise and Shirley.
. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the CDBG FY 1999-2000 Street
Improvement Project, Project Number OS-5216, be awarded to RSA Technical Support Services;
Inc. for the negotiated price of $46,500.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between.
the City of Lynwood and RSA Technical Support Services, Inc.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
