RESOLUTION NO. y/_ /4/
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND THE PREPARATION OF PLANS ON
THE MEDINA MORNINGSIDE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Medina
adopted the 16th day of January, 1979, set a date for a public
hearing by the City Council on the Medina Morningside Improvements
described as follows:
The installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watcr
iffipevemynt and street restoration in:
Medina Morningside, Medina Morningside First, Second, and
Third Additions, Hennepin County, said improvements being
to property abutting on Willow Drive, Bobolink Drive,
Morningside Drive, Elsinore Circle, and Maplewood Drive; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was adopted pursuant to a petition of
affected property owners; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing
was held on the 20th day of February, 1979, at which hearing all
persons desiring to be heard were given the opportunity to be heard
thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The said improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
City of Medina Resolution No. 78-24 adopted on the 5th day of July,
1978;
2. McCombs -Knutson, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement and is authorized and directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
