Attached for your review and comment is the MassDOT notice of offered railroad property
file identified as 13C-7 under Statute - MGL Ch.161C s.7(b). The property is located in
Watertown, MA. This is a confirmatory consent to confirm the Commonwealth's waiver of
right of first refusal for a sale that took place in 1981. The previous sale of railroad property
is time sensitive.
Please review the attached documents and return either the response sheet or your comments
