The property is located in Watertown, MA. This is a confirmatory consent to confirm the Commonwealth's waiver of right of first refusal for a sale that took place in 1981. The previous sale of railroad property is time sensitive. Please review the attached documents and return either the response sheet or your comments to me by Friday, October 11, 2013.
