1. CALL TO ORDER
SPECIAL MEETING
April 7 , 2015
Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6 :15p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue , Temple City .
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Fish , Man, Sternquist, Yu , Chavez
ABSENT : Councilmember-None
ALSO PRESENT: C ity Manage r Cook , City Clerk Kuo , City Attorney Vail
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS -None
4. CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed to closed session Item 4A at 6 :15 p.m .

City Council reconvened at 7:25p .m. with all Councilmembers present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Co uncil met in closed session to rece ive a
brie fing from City Attorney on Closed Session Item 4A. City Counci l gave City
Attorney Vail and City Manager Cook direction regarding each of the anticipated
litigation items .
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council began the discussion on Closed
Sess ion Item 4B but did not finish. City Council will recess to the Regular City
City Council Minutes
April 7 , 2015
Page 2 of 2
Council meeting and reconvene to finish the discussion of Closed Sess ion Item
48 after the Regular City Council meeting .
At 10:04 p.m . City Council reconvened to finish the discussion of Closed Session
Item 48 . City Council gave direction to City Manager Cook .
There is no other reportable action .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 10 :04 p .m .
