CALL TO ORDER
The November 13, 2009, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, *Ferguson, Harvey, Koon, Penfold, and Medin
Absent: Klindt, Pope, Scrivner, and Struemph
A quorum was present.
* Councilman Ferguson arrived at 12:05 p.m.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
BILLS:
2009 -90 (PID for 3016 Dupont) - Mayor Landwehr stated this bill will be voted on after the
public hearing.
2009 -96 (Sublease for Amtrak facility) - Mayor Landwehr wanted to make sure that Amtrak
found the City's lease acceptable.
RESOLUTIONS:
RS2009 -33 (Land & Water Conservation Grant) - J. J. Gates of Parks and Recreation
explained to Council that this is a grant to improve the greenway trail at McKay Park.
