CITY OF MEDINNjA/
RESOLUTION NO. /1 / - / 6
RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota,
hereby consents to the acquisition by the Hennepin County Park Reserve
District of the following described parcel of land:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 18, Township 118, Range 23,
lying westerly of the center line of County Road No. 19, as said
road was located and traveled on September 28, 1943, and northerly
of the center line of the creek which constitutes the outlet of
Half Moon Lake in said township; which lies southerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north and south quarter line of said
Section 18 distant 2200.17 feet north from the south quarter corner of
said Section 18; thence South 79 degrees 27 minutes West (assuming said
quarter line as bearing North) to the shore line of Lake Independence
and there terminating.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE, that the City Council of the City of Medina
approves the Lot line rearrangement contingent upon it being combined
with the adjacent Park Reserve District property.

The motio for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
member ,Q�jr� and, upon vote being taken the resolution was declared
passed and adopted.
