Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Taylor moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the Agenda.
Motion carried: 7-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes — June 28, 2017
b) Resolution 2017-07-01 Rendezvous EMF9 Surety Reduction
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Resolution 2017-06-04 Authorizing Grant and Loan Agreement for the Crooked
Creek Saloon and Eatery
Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2017-06-04 Authorizing Grant and Loan Agreement for the Crooked Creek Saloon and
Eatery. Motion carried: 6-1, Nay Meyring
b) Ordinance 443 Amending Property Maintenance Regulations
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to approve Ordinance
443 Amending Property Maintenance Regulations. Motion carried: 7-0

c) Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Winter Park
for Transit Services
The TB discussed the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Winter Park for
transit services.
5. Open Forum
a) Business not on the agenda
The TB discussed Picnic in the Park and possible additional advertising for the event.
