CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. X/-//
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF MEADOWOODS
FARM
WHEREAS, the City of Medina approved the plat of Meadowoods
Farm on November 19, 1980, by Resolution No. 80-34.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the said resolution is hereby amended with
the addition of the following paragraph:
19. The Developer, its successors and assigns are hereby
notified that construction of animal barns within the subdivision
is regulated by the Medina Zoning Code which presently requires
that animal barns be set back 150 feet from property lines; and
Be It Further Resolved that the Developer, its successors
and assigns are further notified that the said Medina Zoning
Code is subject to amendment in accordance with the statutes
and ordinances in force.
