Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:15p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in closed session for Item 4A
and gave City Attorney direction. There is no other reportable action.
City Attorney Vail reported that the City Council met in closed session for Item 4B
to receive a briefing from City Attorney. City Council gave staff direction
regarding closed session item 48. There is no other reportable action.
