Town Board Briefing
July 19, 2017
Please note that members of the Town Board will have dinner together starting at
5:30pm.
During the workshop session, the Board has scheduled time to follow up on matters
discussed during the 2017 Retreat.
We have finally wrapped up the details of the Grant and Loan Agreement for the
Crooked Creek Saloon and Eatery. The Town Attorney and I recommend approval, and
the agreement has already been executed by the owner. This will be a great project for
downtown Fraser!
Per discussion at the prior meeting, Ordinance 443 is provided for your consideration.
This would amend the property maintenance regulations in the Town Code.
Finally, a draft intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Winter Park is provided for
consideration. This was drafted by Winter Park staff, and staff is still working through
the language. However, it’s my hope to bring this to the Board as soon as possible per
Board direction. This is not ready for approval, it is provided for discussion only. A joint
meeting with the Winter Park Town Council may be appropriate.
