CALL TO ORDER
The December 4, 2009, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:03 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: *Carroll, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, and Scrivner
Absent: Penfold, Pope, and Struemph
A quorum was present.
* Councilman Ferguson arrived at 12:05 p.m.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
BILLS:
2009 -108 (Roberts Tower Site Licensing) - Police Chief Roger Schroeder stated that staff
would like to request suspension of the rules on this bill as well as the others indicated as
such on the agenda due to time constraints to get the radio equipment relocated.
2009 -97 (Sidewalk moratorium) - Councilman Dan Klindt reported that a substitute has not
yet been completed until some of the details have been worked out.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll left the meeting at this point (12:20 P.M.)
Councilman Ron Medin will be the sponsor of Resolution RS2009 -38 (Contract Extension
and Amendment with Chamber of Commerce)
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:28 P.M.
