CALL TO ORDER
The December 7, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: *Carroll (arrived at 5:56 P.M.), Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon,
Penfold, Pope, Scrivner and Struemph
Absent: Medin
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2009 -99 (sidewalk code amendments) - Councilman Dan Klindt will place this on the
Informal Calendar.
Bill 2009 -97 (sidewalk moratorium) - Councilman Dan Klindt reported that this will remain
on the Informal Calendar.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting (5:56 P.M.)
The meeting adjourned at 5:57 P.M.
