moved for its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. V-v? d`
WHEREAS, B. James Lutz is the owner of real estate located at 4645 Brockton
Lane in the City of Medina and legally described as:
Lot 5, 4645 Brockton Lane, Hamel, Mn. 55340 12-118-23-44-0006
WHEREAS, Mr. B. James Lutz has erected a fence along Brockton Lane, the
location of which has not been verified as to whether it is on City right-of-
way or private property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina
that Mr. Lutz be informed that the City of Medina cannot be responsible
for damage to said fence from road construction and maintenance operation;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Lutz be provided with a copy of this
resolution.
