A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT
FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AND PROJECT IMPACT .
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2000, the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 2000.78 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
'OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INFORMATION
SERVICES AND REFERRAL PROGRAM, SATELLITE INFORMATION SITES,
AND YOUTH SERVICES ID CARD."'
WHEREAS, Resolution NO. 2000.78 directed the City Attorney to
draft an Agreement between the City and Project Impact to facilitate the.
information services, referral program, and satellite information sites and youth
services ID card;.
NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council ratifies the Agreement for
Services between the City of Lynwood and Project Impact.
Section 2. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute
the Agreement for Services between the City of Lynwood and Project Impact.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption:
