Regular Meeting: Roll Call 2. Approval of Agenda: Mayor Vandernail moved, and Young seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried 6-0. 3. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes 2017-02-28 Mayor Vandernail moved, and Neibauer seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0. 4. Economic Development Policy Implementation: Mayor Vandernail moved, and DeLeon seconded the motion to approve Barry Young as the main point of contact for the Economic Development Policy Implementation. Motion carried 6-0. 5. Marijuana Industry Development Opportunities (Infused Product Manufacture and Lounges) The EDAC committee discussed that the town code would have to be amended in order to allow for Marijuana Infused Product Manufacturing, Lounges and Grow Operations. Neibauer moved and Young seconded the motion that the Economic Development Advisory Committee is committed to move forward with the Marijuana Industry Development Opportunities including Infused Product Manufacturing, Lounges and Grows. Motion carried 6-0. Page 2 of 2 6. Committee Member Young: I move to enter into an Executive Session: To discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, or other property interest under C.R.S. Section 24-6- 402(4)(a) and to include Jesse Silverstein, TP Catherine Trotter (entered at 10:00 am), TM Jeff Durbin and TC Antoinette McVeigh Time in: 9:40am Time Out: 11:06am Motion to enter: 2nd- Hallgren Motion to exit: 1St- Young 2nd- Neibauer 6.
