CALL TO ORDER
The December 21, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:50 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope (arrived at 5:52 P.M.),
Scrivner and Struemph
Absent: Carroll and Ferguson
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2009 -115 (9 -1 -1 agreement with County) - Mayor John Landwehr explained the
reason for the request to suspend the rules is due to the fact that the current contract will
expire December 31.
Bill 2009 -98 (Contract with MoDOT for 179 interchange) - City Counselor Nathan
Nickolaus stated that this is now ready to be voted on if the sponsor wishes to remove it
from the Informal Calendar.
Bill 2009 -97 (sidewalk moratorium) - Councilman Dan Klindt reported that this will remain
on the Informal Calendar.
Bill 2009 -99 (sidewalk deferrals) - Councilman Dan Klindt stated that the substitute,
version 9, which went out in the packets will be ready to vote on tonight.
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
