RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WOLSFELD LAKE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Wolsf_eld Lake Co. has requested the division of a
16.99 acre parcel into two parcels consisting of a 8.36 acre parcel
and a 8.65 acre, the legal descriptions of which are set forth on
Exhibit A and attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Medina, that the proposed division be approved subject to the
following conditions:

1. That a Park Dedication Fee of Four Thousand Six Hundred
and no/100 ($4,600.00) Dollars be paid prior to the
filing of the resolution of approval;
2. That a private easement for ingress and egress, 60 feet
in width, be provided for access to the property, in a
location approved by the City Engineer;
3. The Applicant pay the City's administrative costs in the
amount of $180.00 .
