Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6 :15p.m. in the
Council Chambers lo cated at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council reconvened at 6 :26p.m . with all Councilmembers present.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session to receive a
briefing from City Attorney on Closed Sess ion Item 4A, (1) Potential Litigation .
City Attorney Vail announced that City Council w i ll recess to the 6 :30 p.m .
Emergency Training for Elected Officials and continue the Closed Sess ion
discussion after the 7 :30 p .m . Regular City Council Meeting . He also added that
C losed Session Item 48 will be pulled and not discussed tonight.
City Council recessed to continue the d iscussion of Close d Sess ion Items 4A (1
matter of Potential Litigation ), 4C (Conference with Labo r Negoti ato r-Temple
City Employee Association) and 40 (Conference with Labor Negotiator-
Unrep resented General , Confidential and At-Will Employees ) at 10 :26 p .m . with
al l Councilmembers present.
At 11:07 p .m . City Council reconvened w ith all Councilmembers present.
C ity Attorney Vail reported that the City Council met in Closed Session to receive
a briefing from City Attorney on Closed Session Item 4A, (1) Potential Li t igation .
C ity Council gave direction to chief negotiator on Item 4C and 40 . T here are no
other reportable actions .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Speci a l Meeting was adjourned at 11 :07 p .m .
