A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD GRANTING PACIFIC BELL
CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT
366, TRACT NO.2551; IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, Pacific Bell desires to obtain from the City of Lynwood a utility easement for
its facility on Lot 366 of Tract No. 2551; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that the granting of said easement will not cause any
adverse affects on the existing land use, traffic circulation and public safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the ,City of Lynwood does .hereby find, `
determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a utility easement be granted to Pacific Bell as more closely described as
follows:
The northerly six (6) feet of the easterly six (6) feet of Lot 366,
Tract No. 2551, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 24, Pages 78-80,
inclusive of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
Section 2. That the mayor is authorized to execute the Grant of Easement.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5thday of July , 2000.
