FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01
~` WHEREAS, on June 6, 2000; City Councif reviewed the Draft Consolidated
1 ~ AnnuaL~Action Plan, and made amendments to allocated~amounts and added new
~! ~<~` activities to the.. Plan; and , ~ ~~
WHEREAS, an amendmeriY to the City's fiscal year 2000=01 Consolidated
Plan constitute a Substantial Change. - `

NOW,~THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood doeshereby
