A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEDICATED FOR STREET PURPOSES AT 11709
LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the Conditional Use Permit for the development at 11709 Long Beach
~1 Boulevard requires the developer to dedicate an easement of three (3) foot wide strip of property
along Long Beach Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easement is
necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served by
accepting said easement; and
WHEREAS, said easement has beenanalyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of said easement for street purposes
from LAURA TORRES, as described below:
The westerly three (3) feet of the easterly ten (10) feet of Lots 638, 639, 640, 641 and 642
of Tract No. 2992 in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per Map recorded in Book 30, Page 78 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County. .

Commonly known as: 11079 Long Beach Boulevard
Lynwood, CA. 90262
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18thday of July , 2000.
