A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, ELIZABETH AVENUE,
MAGNOLIA AVENUE, BIRCH STREET AND FLOWER
STREET, PROJECT NO. 5-5199 AS BEING
COMPLETE

WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $170,040.00 to
Nobest, Incorporated, for the Street Improvement Project Elizabeth Avenue,
Magnolia Avenue, Birch Street and Flower Street, Project No. 05-5199 ;and
WHEREAS, the' project started on May 30, 2000, and was
completed on,July 13, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $189,870.17; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:.
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement
Project, Project No. 5-5199, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
