A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING ..
. • `~ THE AGREEMENT fOR BY AND BETWEEN
THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY "
. AND THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
~---; ~ FOR USE OF APPARATUS ~ '

WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is approving this
agreement for the. use of District's .Engine #548 to be placed into service as
needed, and' ~ .
WHEREAS, The only fire personnel that will. operate Engine
#543,, if placed in service shall be Engineers with all of the proper licenses, and
- WHEREAS, The loan /utilize of Engine #543 will not cost the
City of Lynwood, except normal items; fuel, etc., and
• WHEREAS, The term of this agreement shall remain
operative and effective until the return of Engine #548 to the District or by written
notification by the District or the City of Lynwood, and
~ ~ NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
~. DOES HEREBY FIND; PROCLALM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
,Section- 1. The•City Council authorizes staff to implement
the agreement this agreement with the Consolidated Fire Protection District of
Los Angeles County.
Section 2. That this resolution shall. take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
