THE RESCISSION OF THE EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, The City of:Lynwood:approved. the consolidation
- agreement for fire protection on April 18, 2000, and
- WHEREA8, The City of Lynwood has agreed~to rescind,
cancer, and' terminate Agreement to allow .County, under separate County/private
- _ operator, to :assume, full responsibility for operating an emergency ambulance
- transportation. service within the incorporated are of Lynwood, and

- NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
± DOES. HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
. Section 1. The City Council. authorizes staff to implement
