AUTHORIZING BIDS - WATERFRONT PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for final design plans and specifications for Phase 1
of tbe Waterfront Park hnprovements in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for the Waterfront Park Improvements.
Adopted this 4th day of October, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 5, 2001.
