ORDINANCES 2013
Ordinance 2013-1: Fair Housing Ordinance for City of Greencastle, Indiana
Ordinance 2013-2: An Ordinance of the City of Greencastle Authorizing the
Current Refunding by the City of its Sewage Works Revenue Bonds, Series 2000;
authorizing the issuance of sewage works refunding revenue bonds for such
purpose; providing for the collection, segregation and distribution of the revenues of
the sewage works; the safeguarding of the interests of the owners of the sewage
works refunding revenue bonds authorized herein; other matters connected
therewith, and repealing ordinances inconsistent herewith.

establishing the size of the departments of city government of the City of
Greencastle,Indiana, fixing the salaries for the employees of such departments and
