City of Greencastle Board of Public Works and Safety
A Resolution Approving the Preliminary Engineering Report for the Waterworks
Department and the Application for a SRF Loan
Whereas,the Greencastle Waterworks Department,through the Greencastle Board of Public
Works and Safety,has caused a Preliminary Engineering Report("PER"),dated June 6,2014,to
be prepared by the consulting firm of Curry SI. Associates; and
Whereas, said PER has been presented to the public at a public hearing held on June 18, 2014, at
City Hall, 1 N. Locust St.,Greencastle,Indiana, for public comment;and
Whereas,the Greencastle Board of Public Works and Safety finds that there was not sufficient
evidence presented in objection to the recommended project in the PER.
Now,therefore be it resolved that:
1. The PER dated June 6,2014,be approved and adopted by the Greencastle Board of
Public Works and Safety; and
2. Said PER be submitted to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program for review and
110' approval.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
Greencastle at its regular meeting this it day of 7106. ,2014.
