City of Greencastle Board of Public Works and Safety
A Resolution Approving Signatory Authorization for the SRF Loan Program for
Waterworks Improvements
Whereas,the Greencastle Board of Public Works and Safety,(the"Participant")has plans for a
drinking water infrastructure improvement project to meet State and Federal regulations and the
Participant intends to proceed with the construction of such project:
Now,therefore,be it resolved by the Greencastle Board of Public Works and Safety,that:
1. Mayor Sue Murray be authorized to make application for a State Revolving Fund Loan
("SRF Loan")and provide the SRF Loan Program such information, data and documents
pertaining to the loan process as may be required, and otherwise act as the authorized
representative of the Participant; and
2. The Participant agrees to comply with State and Federal requirements as they pertain to
the SRF Loan Program; and
3. Two certified copies of this Resolution be prepared and submitted as part of the
Participant's Preliminary Engineering Report.
