RESOLUTION NO. 08-4555
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 3600 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ANIMAL LICENSE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE,
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3600 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the following fees are
established for fiscal year 2009 -2010.
A. License Fees: $17.00 for altered pets
$34.00 for un- altered pets
B. A delinquent license penalty of $9.00 for altered pets and $18.00 for un- altered pets:
C. Impound redemption fees as follows:
1. 1st offense: $35.00
2. 2nd offense: $50.00
3. 3rd offense: $60.00
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 17th day of June 2008.
