RESOLUTION NO. 08-4556
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMIT
FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3326 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the following fee is
established by the City Council — a temporary overnight parking permit fee of two dollars ($2.00) which shall
be non - refundable.
SECTION 2. The fee may be amended pursuant to the provisions of Section 3323 of the Temple
City Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
