CITY OF mEDTNA
, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City of Medina , Minnesota and the
County of Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County
Contract No. 90455 , for the purposes of the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block
Grant program; and
WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement: and
execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract No. 10392
BE IT RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation Agreement between the
City and the County, County Contract No. 9 o 4,55 be terminated
effective September 30, 1981 and a new Joint Cooperation Agreement between
the City and the County, County Contract No. in392 , be executed
effective October 1, 1981, and that the Mayor and the Clerk/m re asure r
be authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote being
duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Anaerson,
'2eiser, Crosby, Lutz, Scherer
and,
the following voted against the same:
None
WHEREUPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS
