RESOLUTION NO. Y l - 3 6
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SIDEWALKS IN THE HAMEL AREA, CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and the City Engineer have prepared
a proposed assessment roll for the construction and repair of
sidewalks in the Hamel Area which lies adjacent to both sides
of Hamel Road from Brockton Lane to Hunter Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the City Council that
such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the
office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota:
1) A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of
September, in the Medina City Hall located
at 2024 County Road 24, City of Medina, at
8:00 p.m., to pass on such proposed assess-
ments and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to the said assessment;

The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a
notice of the hearing on the proposed assessments
to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the said hearing,
therein stating the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk is also directed to cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described
in the assessment roll, said notice to b- of
less than two weeks prior to the sal
