CALL TO ORDER
The February 1, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Ferguson (arrived at 5:47 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold,
Pope, Scrivner (arrived at 5:49 P.M.) and Struemph
Absent: Carroll (arrived as meeting was adjourning)
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr announced that there will be no Work Session held on February 8.
2009 -126 (required sidewalk master plan) - Councilman Jim Penfold stated he plans to
make a motion to amend the master plan based upon recommendations received from staff
and the public at the two public forums.
2009 -105 (parking on E. Franklin) - Councilman Ron Medin stated a Substitute Bill has
now been distributed which contains amendments acceptable to all affected parties,
including staff, and he plans to offer the substitute and vote on the bill tonight.
2009 -117 (indigent trash service) - Councilman Ron Medin stated he plans to remove the
bill and vote on it tonight.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting as the meeting was
adjourning (5:55 P.M.)
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
