PROJECT; PROJECT NO. 5=5227, AS BEING COMPLETE `
. WHEREAS, the.Cty Council authorized the`informal bidding. for the Sidewalk . .
Improvement=Project; and ~ ~ -
I ~ WHEREAS, the pro~ect started on Jul 21 -2000 and was com leted `n `
J Y ~ p o July 29,

_ WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $23,175.00; and
_ ~ W,HEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been..
completed in accordance with the scope of the project, '
_ NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
`, pr-oclaim, order. and resol-ve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council acceptsthe Sidewalk Improvement Project;
