A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING TRACT MAP NO. 52982
WHEREAS, the final Tract Map No. 52982 has been reviewed by the Los
Angeles County Department of Public Works and the City Engineer, and it was found to have
i. been prepared in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision
~~ Ordinance; and'
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with, or will bond for, all the
Engineering Division improvement requirements, prior.to recordation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
.Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the final Tract Map No. 52982.
Section 2. This resolution shall take. effect immediately upon its adoption.
