TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN ARBORISTS, INC. IN
` THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.00 FOR THE ANNUAL

WHEREAS, the City provides tree trimming services of city owned trees on a
four-year program, cycle, and-..
WHEREAS, the tree trimming services has been suspended since 1998; and
WHEREAS, the. City Council wishes to resume the tree trimming program; and
' - '`WHEREAS, California Western Arborists; Inc. submitted a proposal for -the .
,~ needed tree trimming services in FY 2000-01, and has agreed to perform the extensive .
and beautification trimming in the specified area for $250,000.00;•and:
' WHEREAS, funds are available for.this tree trimming .work. .
NOW THEREFORE, .the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, ~ . '

' proclaim,
order and resolve as .follows: , •
Section 1. That the Annual ~ Tree Trimming Contract, FY 2000-01, be
- awarded to California Western. Arborists, Inc. for $250,000.00
