RESOLUTION NO.
Be it resolved by the City Council of Medina, Minnesota, that
it hereby accepts the grant offer from the State of Minnesota
in the amount of $90,975 for
Step 1 - the preparation of facilities plan.
Step 2 - the design and preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a wastewater treatment facility
Step 3 - the construction of a wastewater treatment facility.
Be it further resolved that the City of Medina authorizes
Thomas Anderson, Mayor, the designated representative, to sign
all documents necessary to the acceptance of this grant offer.
