WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab,
by resolution, adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing
on July 1, 1983 and ending June 30, 1984, and;
WHEREAS, sufficient property tax revenue can be generated
by a levy of 10.0 mils for the General Fund;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mill levy remain
the same as the fiscal year ending June 30, 1983; to be 10.0
mils for the General Fund and the total receipts/expenditures
for the General Fund are set at $1,281,626.00 and will be certi-
fied as such to the State Auditor's Office, State of Utah.
