AUTHORIZING BIDS - SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT DEMOLITION
WHEREAS, there is a need for tbe demolition of the Sewage Treatment Plant in
the Borough of Carteret; mad
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for the Sewage Treatment Plant Demolition.
Adopted this 4th day of October, 2001
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on October 5,200i.
