RESOLUTION AMENDMENT
NO. 81-51
WHEREAS, on October 6, 1981, by Resolution 81-51 the
Council of the City of Medinaplaced on the tax rolls
for 1981, payable in 1982, delinquent utility bills,
and
WHEREAS, an additional delinquent utility bill in the
amount of $9,309.18 for Rolling Green Country Club,
P I N # 12-118-23 21 0001, was omitted from Resolution
81-51.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Medina that Exhibit A of Resolution 81-51
is hereby amended to include the following attached
exhibit:
