CALL TO ORDER
The March 15, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: *Ferguson (arrived at 5:49 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin,
Penfold, Scrivner, Pope and Struemph
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Rich Koon stated he will make a motion to amend the agenda in the Regular
Meeting to allow the two writing contest student winners to make their presentation towards
the first part of the meeting so they can get home early.
*Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting (5:49 P.M.)
Fire Chief Bob Rennick will make a brief presentation regarding the open burning season
which officially ends today.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
