WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab
have entered into an agreement with Grand County under the Inter-
1oca1 Cooperation Act designating an agency to be known as the
Moab Community Development Agency; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the agreement, the Mayor of
the City of Moab shall appoint three members to the agency and
the City Council shall ratify the appointments as follows:
Thomas A. Stocks.
Harold L. Gaitner
K. E. McDougall
3 year term
2 year term
1 year term
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the minutes of the
meeting held June 21, 1983, be, and the same are, hereby ordered
to show the appointment of the named individuals to the Moab
Community Development Agency.
