CALL TO ORDER
The April 2, 2010, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Scrivner, and Struemph
(arrived at 12:05 P.M.)
Absent: Ferguson and Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr explained the Household Hazardous Waste project which is being
organized by both City and County staff. Assistant Community Director Charles Lansford
will make an announcement Monday night about it.
2009 -151 (grant re: MSP properties) - Mayor John Landwehr and Councilman Jim Penfold
asked Assistant to the City Administrator Melva Fast to bring more information to Monday
night's meeting to show more specifically which properties would be involved.
RS2009 -48 (Taos wholesale sewer customer) - City Administrator Steve Rasmussen
stated that the Mayor of Taos, Alicia Weaver, will be attending Monday night's meeting to
speak to the Council on this issue. Mayor John Landwehr stated he would ask the Council
to consider moving Resolution RS2009 -48 up on the agenda to be voted on immediately
following Mayor Weaver's presentation as a courtesy to her.
