CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 81-57
RESOLUTION APPROVING BALTIC CORPORATION DIVISION
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Medina did, on December 16, 1980,approve
resolution 80-42 pertaining to the above division and said corporation did fail to
file the documents with the Hennepin County Registrar of Deeds within the required
ninety (90) days; thereby rendering resolution 80-42 null and void; and whereas the
Baltic Corporation does indeed desire to make the division as stipulated in the
original resolution the following shall pertain:
WHEREAS, Baltic Corporation has requested the division of 50.85 acres into three parcels
which are identified on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made part hereof
by reference as Parcel G, consisting of 20.12 acres, Parcel H consisting of 5.33 acres,
and Parcel J consisting of 25.40 acres; and
WHEREAS, each of the three parcels meets the septic system requirements for the
City of Medina.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Medina that
the division of the Baltic Corporation is hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1. An easement for street and utilities purposes, 13.5 feet in width, be
dedicated over the Easterly 13.5 Feet of each parcel;
2. An easement for street and utilities purposes, 60 feet in width, be
dedicated over the Southerly 60 feet of Parcel J;
3. A Park Dedication Fee in the amount of One Thousand, Fifty and no/100
01,050.00) Dollars, be paid prior to the resolution of approval;
4. The Applicant shall pay to the City Clerk, administrative fees in the
amount of $150.00.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Bill Reiser and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Thomas Crosby, Bill Reiser, Tom Anderson, Wilfred Scherer and the following
voted against same: Sara Lutz.
Whereupon said resglution was declared duly passed and adopted.
