CALL TO ORDER
The April 5, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:52 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll (arrived at 5:58 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Penfold, Scrivner,
Pope and Struemph
Absent: Ferguson, Medin, and Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr stated that since Mayor of Taos, Alicia Weaver, will be attending
Monday night's meeting to speak to the Council on Resolution RS2009 -48, he would ask
the Council to consider moving Resolution RS2009 -48 up on the agenda to be voted on
immediately following Mayor Weaver's presentation as a courtesy to her. City Counselor
Nathan Nickolaus stated that a Substitute Resolution RS2009 -48 has been distributed to
the Council at the Brown Bag meeting on Friday which addressed some language that both
the City of Jefferson and the City of Taos have agreed upon.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting (5:58 P.M.)
Assistant Community Director Charles Lansford will make his presentation on the Character
Trait of "Trustworthy" tonight.
