RESOLUTION 81 -
REALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Medina was granted $8947. for
use in making repairs to the Hamel Sewer System in
Year VI of Community Development Block Grant funding,
and
WHEREAS the City of Medina was granted $10,000. for
use in repairing and repainting the Hamel Water Tower
in Year VI, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that there are suff-
icient funds remaining to finish the Hamel sewer
repair project and because the cost of repair and
repainting of the water tower will exceed the
original estimate, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $8,947. from Year VI
Project 253 be reallocated to Year VI project 254,
for a total for project 254 to be $18,947.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this
