Roll call was taken and the meeting was called to order by Chairman Atwater at 3:00 p.m.
Mayor Vandernail opened a special meeting of the Fraser Town Board at 3:05pm.
Board members in attendance include:
Philip Vandernail, Herb Meyring, Eileen Waldow, Parnell Quinn
Trustee Quinn made a motion, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion, to enter
Executive Session for a conference with special counsel for the purpose of receiving
legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4) (b) and for the
purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations,
developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section
24-6-402(4)(e) regarding the Permit Renewal and related matters and to invite the Board
members and staff of the member entities and Steve Sumrall. Motion carried 4-0.

Trustee Quinn moved and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to exit execution
session.
Trustee Quinn moved and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to adjourn the Board
meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
Chris Seeman moved and Philip Vandernail seconded the motion to adjourn the JFOC meeting.
Motion carried.
