A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THEREALLOCATION OF $7,470.67
OF PROPOSITION A 1996 PARK FUNDS FROM THE CITY OF
VERNON ~ -
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Lynwood park facilities benefit the
residents of the city of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon desires to compensate the city of Lynwood for its
residents' use of Lynwood park facilities; and
WHEREAS, the, City of Vernon has passed a resolution reallocating $7,470.67 of
its 1996 Proposition A Park funds to the city of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS; City Council of the City of Lynwood desires to use these funds for
the construction of new improvements at Lynwood city parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Lynwood accepts the reallocation of $7,470.67 of 1996
Proposition A Park funds from the City of Vernon.
Section 2: That said funds be deposited to the following project account:
Park/Green Belt Improvements Project
Account 5-5220-4220
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
