A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCLL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, SAN VINCENT
AVENUE, RUTH. AVENUE, MALLISON AVENUE., FRACAR AVENUE AND
LEWIS AVENUE, PROJECT NO. 5-5216, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $198,647.00 to
Madison Paving, Incorporated, for the Street Improvement Project San Vincente
~ Ave., Ruth Ave., Mallison Ave., Fracar Ave. and Lewis Ave. Project No. 05-5216;
j and'
WHEREAS, the project started on July 5, 2000, and was completed
on. September 1, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $205,305.60; `and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project .plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement
Project, San Vincente Ave.,. Ruth Ave.,. Mallison Ave., Fracar Ave. and Lewis
Ave.. Project No. 05-5216, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of
October , 2000.
