AN UPDATED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE WHICH INCORPORATES BY
.REFERENCE .THE STANDARD .CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE.. PREPARED BY
THE:FAIR-POLITICAL PRACTICES COMMISSION" ~ .
.. THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~TH'E CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY
FIND; RESOLVE AND OROER,AS FOLLOWS:
_ ~ Section 1. The Political Reform Act, Government Code Sections 81000;
3 et sewrequires the' City to adopt aConflict of Interest Code for each department of the
City. - ~~
Section 2. The Fair Political Practices Commission has adopted a
standard Conflict of Interest Code, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The .standard code is
.. '~ ~ codified at 2 Cal. Administrative Code Section 18730, can~be incorporated by reference
by the City and will-be amended to conform to amendments fo the Political Reform Act. ".
` Section 3. The standard Conflict" of Interest Code adopted. by the Fair
Political Practices Commission attached hereto ad Exhibit A and Appendices A-H,
. which set forth the designated positions and the disclosure "categories for each City
department; are herein incorporated by reference and constitute the Conflict of Interest`
